TalVivo provides an enterprise AI recruiting and candidate technical assessment platform. We treat all recruitment records, candidate resumes, voice interview transcripts, and proctoring telemetry with strict confidentiality. We do not sell candidate data, trade training datasets, or expose records across client workspace boundaries.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to operate recruiters' hiring workflows and conduct candidate assessments:
Recruiter & Account Data
Work email, organization name, team billing details, and customized evaluation rubrics.
Candidate Application Details
Name, email, resume PDFs, parsed work experience, skill breakdown, and portfolio links.
Assessment & Voice Responses
Technical MCQ choices, sandbox code submissions, and Kyra AI voice interview audio transcripts.
Anti-Cheat Proctoring Telemetry
Timestamped face verification snapshots, tab-switch frequency logs, and gaze anomaly flags collected strictly during active proctored tests with explicit consent.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is processed strictly to deliver candidate evaluation and ATS screening capabilities:
- Resume ATS Matching: Parsing resume content against job requisition criteria to calculate match scores and skill sub-breakdowns.
- Kyra AI Voice Loop: Transcribing spoken answers in real time to generate automated depth ratings and technical summaries for hiring managers.
- Proctoring Integrity: Flagging suspicious tab switches or missing camera feeds during remote exams for recruiter inspection.
- Platform Communications: Sending automated email invites, test reminders, and application status updates via configured SMTP relays.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Processors
We use essential session cookies required for user authentication and security. Optional performance telemetry helps us identify platform latency and error rates:
Our core data infrastructure is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL with AES-256 storage encryption) and Vercel Edge Network (SSL/TLS 1.3 transit encryption). LLM model calls are routed via encrypted Google Gemini enterprise AI APIs without persistent prompt logging.
4. Data Retention & User Rights
Candidates have the right to inspect, download, or request deletion of their personal records and proctoring snapshots at any time. Recruiters may configure tenant retention policies to automatically purge applicant archives after a specified period.
